Q: How far are we from Bangalore?
A: We are about 300km from Bangalore and about a 4hour journey.
Q: When is the best time to visit us?
A: You are welcomed to visit us all year but we are a treat to visit during winter.
Q: The best way to reach our plantation?
A: the last hour of your drive is surely an experience to you. If you have some extra time to spare a drive around the Giri is surely recommended
Q: Do we provide transport facilities?
A: to ferry you from chikkamagaluru or to take you around, yes we do provide you transport facilities.
Q: Do we have a tour desk?
A: yes, you can contact our manager at the villa or our booking team for assistance.
Q: Do we provide accommodation to accompanying drivers?
A: Yes, we do provide separate rooms for your drivers/ caretakers. We do charge a nominal price for food.
Q: Do we allow pets in our property?
A: We do encourage you to bring your pets along and let it experience nature too. But we request you to carry all its necessities along and follow certain restrictions regarding its access in the premises. Safety of your pets and fellow guests are your responsibility.
Q: Do we provide extra beds?
A: Extra beds are provided only for accommodation in the dormitory.
Q: Do we provide toilet kits?
A: we do can provide minimum requirements (such as: toothpaste, toothbrush, soaps, shampoo) but we highly encourage and request you to bring your own personal kits.
Q: Network and reception quality?
A: Mobile networks such as Airtel, BSNL, and Jio are well established and for urgent uses, we can provide you with WIFI too.
Q: Nearest medical help.
A: We do have an in-house medical kit for minor requirements. And there is a govt medical center for any immediate medical necessities. A Multispecialty hospital is about an hour away in chikkamagaluru town.
Q: Do we serve alcohol?
A: No, we do not sell or serve alcohol according to regulations. But you are at your discretion to carry alcohol of your own.
Q: Our Smoking policy
A: We strictly discourage smoking within the villa and within the property. But not to go against your will there are designated smoking areas.
Q: Mode of payment.
A: We accept cash,net banking, RTGS and online payment(google pay).no credit/debit cards are accepted.
